holy hell dude...are you a triplet??? you've had more jobs than...well...wow you've had a lot of jobs.
and your cv is VERY extensive and impressive...
only suggestion i would have is cut and paste relevant sections for the job you're applying for (i.e. don't give the WHOLE cv to any prospective employer)...

yeah. some short "contracts" i guess. 6 months here, 3 months there, summers sometimes. I did the whole day/night shift thing too, picking up shifts on say Thurs, Fri, and Sat nights while juggling the 5 day week.
and no, i wouldn't send this all to an employer. that's the idea behind sectioning it off into chunks (IT, Hospitality, etc...)
